LOGISTICS CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Logistics center for entrepreneurship development is a modern multifunctional building, located near the central part of the city of Silistra and the “Danube garden” green zone. It is easily accessible, even in the daily rush hours. The center was built under the project “Bridging the gaps: Integrated cross-border business infrastructure and services in Silistra District – Calarasi County”, funded under the “Cross-Border Cooperation Romania – Bulgaria 2007 – 2013”, co-financed by the EU through the ERDF. The center has a total area of 1017.74 square meters.

The building offers exceptional comfort, convenience and security due to the luxurious interior and functional distribution of space.

The building has two floors, parking garage with 15 spaces, reception, offices, access control system and 24 hour security and video surveillance. Additionally, there are two conference rooms with capacity for respectively up to 30 and 50 seats, separated by a sliding door, as there is ability to use the whole space of 80 seats and catering zone.

The spatial distribution of the building allows for flexibility in dividing the office area, conference and exhibition halls, natural light in all areas, easily accessible elevators, stairways, bathrooms and utility rooms, including accessible for people with disabilities.
